We are down with our last week in Solo! On February 1, we had the farewell dinner prepared for us by UTP. We were with the rector, vice rectors, UTP staff, and a news writer from Solopos. We ate dinner and afterwards, we had a short closing program to share our learning experiences, express our deep gratitude, and say our goodbyes. We were given a chance to speak one by one. When it was my time to deliver my message, I translated it and I spoke in Bahasa. I am very glad that they were happy to hear a foreign student speak their local language. My co-seateachers and I also performed a song number. We sang Indonesia Pusaka and Karna Su Sayang during the farewell dinner to express our gratitude to them. After the messages and the song numbers, I and my co-seateacher Krizel had an interview with Solopos. I was thrilled because it was my first time to be interviewed by a news writer. After the interview, we had the final pictorial with rector, vice rectors, and UTP staff. Terima kasih UTP! I hope to see you again soon! Aku cinta kamu!
